Privacy Policy
What we collect, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it.
Information we collect
When you place an order we collect your name, email address and shipping address, the items and sizes you ordered, and the order total. If you create an account we also store your email address and a securely hashed password managed by our authentication provider — we never see or store your password in readable form. Payment details are entered directly with Stripe, our payment processor: card numbers and wallet credentials are never sent to or stored on our servers. We keep a Stripe reference for each order so we can look up payments and issue refunds.
How we use information
We use your information to take payment, fulfil and ship your order, send order confirmations and shipping updates, respond to support requests, prevent fraud and abuse, and meet our tax and accounting obligations. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not send marketing email unless you have asked us to. Reviews you submit are shown publicly only after approval, and only with the display name you provide.
Who we share it with
We share only what is necessary with the services that run the store: Stripe for payment processing and refunds, our hosting and database provider for storing orders and accounts, our email provider for sending order and account emails, and shipping carriers for delivering your parcel. Each of these processes your data on our behalf. We may also disclose information where we are legally required to do so.
Retention and security
Order records are kept for as long as we need them for accounting, warranty and legal purposes. Accounts are kept until you ask us to delete them. Access to customer data is restricted server-side: signed-in customers can see only their own orders, and staff access is limited to the people who fulfil orders. All traffic to the site is encrypted over HTTPS.
Your rights and choices
You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account and associated data where we are not required to keep it. You can also ask us to stop sending non-essential email. Contact us through the contact page and we will respond by email. If you shop as a guest, quote your order number so we can find the right record.
Cookies
We use cookies and similar browser storage only to keep the site working: remembering the contents of your cart, keeping you signed in, and letting Stripe complete a secure checkout. We do not use advertising cookies or sell browsing data.
